As a Certified Professional Building Designer and Professional Member of the American Institute of Building Design, I realize there is much more to designing a living environment than simply arranging rooms. The process of a successful design begins with the ability to listen to a client and help them to visualize a space and realize their design intent. There are not only aesthetic issues to consider, but also structural design and code requirements to follow.
